Three Phase Pad Mounted Transformer
Loop Feed vs. Radial Feed for Pad-Mounted Transformers Loop Feed Configuration: Features bidirectional connectivity, typically equipped with 2–3 high-voltage interface ports. Supports closed-loop operation or open-loop switching. In the event of a fault on a section of the line, power continuity can be maintained through network switching. Radial Feed Configuration: The high-voltage side usually has only one incoming interface. The low-voltage side has a fixed outgoing circuit and does not support radial feed switching.

US standard and Canada standard transformer: Pad mounted transformers in the North American market need to comply with the regional standards of both the United States and Canada. There are differences in the adherence to production standards between the two.

Offer various types of transformers: American standard follows IEEE/ANSI and DOE standards. From the exterior, the high and low voltage rooms are separated by a barrier; Canadian standard follows the CSA standard. From the appearance, there is no barriei to separate the high and low voltage rooms.

Offer various types of high voltage bushings: There are two main types of bushings used in padmount transformers – live front and dead front bushings. With live front, a part of the conductor is exposed, whereas with dead front, the conductor is completely enclosed inside an effective insulating material such as epoxy, EPDM rubber, and/or nylon resin.

Generally, for standard transformers, we can finish production within 4 to 8 weeks, the ideal delivery time (contains shipping) could be 12 weeks. The actual delivery time depends on the complexity and quantity of the order, and the location of receiver.

How long is QXG warranty period?

We offer a two-year warranty on all transformers. During this period, if you encounter any problems related to product quality and installation, our team will actively cooperate with inspection, repair and provide online and offline installation services.
